Account has corrupted twice

I have been using LastPass for about 4 years now and had 3 years of it working as it should. However, since the beginning of 2021 my account has corrupted twice causing me to lose access to all of my login details. The first time it seemed to rectify itself but on this second occasion it has so far taken a couple of weeks to try to recover the information. Customer Support only manage to send one email a day and none of the suggestions have worked. I have now been completely locked out of my account and really don't see that I'll be able to recover my login information. So much time wasted. I would absolutely NOT recommend LastPass if you actually want to be able to login to your accounts and get any work done!

LastPass: shame on you.

LastPass could care less about Customers
I had been using LastPass for the past 10 years with no problem. I received an email from them saying that unless I pay a monthly fee I would no longer be able to access from more that one of my devices.

I was away from home and attempted to access a password from my cell. I was immediately locked out of my account and can no longer access anything.

I am so ticked off. No one at LastPass will respond to my request for assistance!

Frequently Locked Out...

This is the final straw with me... can't get into acct because they recently made changes so my PW doesn't work anymore. They have no way to contact someone who can't get the email PW and has no mobile phone... will NOT call landlines with code. Have tried to start a complaint ticket, but have to login. Cannot even get my problem onto the Community... need PW to sign in. This leaves me panicked and desperate.

Last Pass does a very poor job of protecting passwords as it's been hacked several times. Of I can ever recover my PWs I will leave Last Pass and never look back...

WRITE ALL of your PWs in an address book rather than use Last Pass.

Find a better solution that respect your time and moeny

I'm a paying user of lastpass for 5-7 years (can't even remember when I started) back when you paid 1$ a month.
This year it will be my last (I wish I could just cut off immediately but they won't refund).
Their system keep signing me out of my vault every few minutes, which means I need to type in my password again and then the OTP...
That is a major waste of time as I work a lot of secrets and this is my main tool to manage them.
Contacting their "customer support" result in "we had some issue, we reset things and it should be good"
Trying to tell them that it did nothing result in "your case is now closed, please reach us again if you have the same issue".
So bad product, super bad customer support that just copy/paste answers and immediately close your case without actually checking if they fixed your issue.
Just avoid and find a better solution that respect your money and time.

Terrible customer service

When you raise a support case for some legitimate technical product issue, they send you one email with a user guide and then they go silent and ignore all of your replies. Absolutely unacceptable. Can't tolerate such attitude.
It's sad that I have to move on to something else now. Potentially Bitwarden.
Lastpass doesn't work with Firefox for Android, nor it supports fingerprint scanner on Firefox for Windows and Mac.

Terrible Customer service.

Terrible Customer service.
My account was buggy so I raised 4 tickets over the space of 3 days for the same issue. To troubleshoot, they revoked my premium account and were unable to reinstate it. I was then charged for LastPass Families without being given the functionality. Now I am being ignored.
Avoid like the plague.

Move to BitWarden

Like many of the reviews on this page, I have just been stung by the paywall with one month notice making it very difficult for me to access my passwords and only allowing me to use them on one device.
This is the final straw for me as LastPass has become extremely buggy and lacking in features compared to market competitors.
I highly recommend everyone takes a look at BitWarden (you can export your passwords out of LastPass directly into it in less than 5 minutes) and it has a significantly better interface and most importantly, it's open-source!

Time to dump LastPass

The latest software change has made LastPass unusable. It does the sign-on job OK for simple sites but you cannot access your vault to read secure notes. You need this for sites with a more complex sign-on. When you try, all you get is a blank screen. Clearly, their development staff have never heard of pre-release testing. When they fix this (it's been days so far) I have no wish to wait for the next foul up. I need to switch to a rival asap.

Goodbye to Greed

I have been with LastPass for years, but won’t be any longer. To limit access just for profit is really bad. They know most people use both their phone & computer interchangeably, but truthfully the only difference in what is offered is access! Shame on LastPass and to be promoted through FireFox is even worse!! Goodbye

Today was the last straw

Today was the last straw. Clearly, LastPass does not care about free users or reviews. I have used LastPass for many many years. But they now forcing today to only be available on one device type for free users. I have never heard of something so ridiculously pathetic in an attempt to try and make money. Just move to BitWarden. Far better password manager and they actually keep their word and don't change their stuff like this LastPass excuse of a company does.
